Invisible Places is an urban artistic intervention using mobile digital technology. The intervention consists of an application that allows users to record geotagged audio. The application allows users to record short audio files on specific points of a map. These recordings can then be heard by other users that also have the application installed, but only if the user visit the exact same point on the map.
The immediate inspiration is the work of Situationists, the "moments" of Henri Lefebvre, the Pierre Lévy's virtual thesis, the critique of David Harvey and Ivan Illich.
